They offer one option for logo design: their “Free Logo Design” option, which is a six-step online wizard you use to create your own logo.

This self-serve logo design tool is free to use; you pay a nominal fee of $19.99 to download logo files for the design you create. However, the logo files are free to use as part of a print order on the VistaPrint web site; for example, you could use the logo you create on the VistaPrint web site to order business cards or letterhead, and pay only for the printed materials but nothing for the logo. However, most people would want to download electronic versions of the logo to use for other purposes (say, on a web site), so in the vast majority of cases, the logo is not “free,” it’s $19.99. It should be apparent that logo design is not the focus of VistaPrint’s business. Essentially, VistaPrint is offering logo design as a means to selling its printing service, and its rudimentary self-service logo design tool is probably not the right answer for most people seeking a corporate or organizational identity.
