This package includes more initial design concepts than any of the packages compared in this guide, 15, making this option a good value if you wish to see a large number of design ideas before choosing one to develop further. Turnaround is within five business days, and 24-hour rush service is available for $175.

While Logo Mojo does offer a money-back guarantee, we could only find mention of it once on the site, (on the front page, well towards the bottom of the page as part of a long list of bullet points) and it is not mentioned as part of the satisfaction guarantee described in other areas of the site. We’d feel a little more confident in the offer if it were more prominently featured.

In business since 1992, longer than any other logo design company in our comparison, Logo Mojo appears to be well established and respected in the business. The company claims over 30,000 satisfied clients, many of whom are quite famous, and is a branded name owned by New England Business Service Business Products, Ltd.

Based in Montreal, all of Logo Mojo’s 15 (and growing, according to the site) designers work in-house, with no work subcontracted out. The project questionnaire asks unusually abstract questions in order to gather information about your expectations, such as “If you had to compare you company to a movie, which one would it be?” This outside-the-box approach to information gathering may be indicative of the designers’ creative approach to designing your logo.

There are a handful of testimonials at the site, including a few from celebrities (such as Academy Award nominated actor Chazz Palminteri) who have chosen Logo Mojo for their design needs. Their portfolio contains attractive and professional logos that feature computer-generated graphics and illustrations and creative use of color. Final files are provided via email, and include TIF, JPG, BMP, EPS, PCX, PSD, AI, and GIF (provided in 10 different sizes).

Direct communication with the designers is emphasized at the site, with no limit to the amount of times you can call – before and after your logo is completed. If you are not satisfied with your initial set of concepts, designers will develop a new set of 6-10 concepts.

While we’ve only featured the Bronze package in our review since it’s the only package that is strictly for logo design, Logo Mojo offers three additional packages (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) that include additional design services including stationery design all the way to website hosting, with prices ranging from $395 to $1495. While these packages are chock-full of services and freebies, we find the descriptions of these packages a little hard to follow, especially in trying to compare the packages.
