The company also offers a custom design package, where you fill out a form indicating the service options you want, and their system calculates the price on the spot. The minimum price of the custom package is $272 for 8 logo concepts and 3 revisions; by paying more, you may add options such as additional logo concepts and revisions, or next day service.
The company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee in that they will revise your logo an unlimited number of times until your satisfied, but states explicitly: “We do not provide a refund no matter what the circumstances.” Credit to Logo Design Guru for stating very clearly what is probably true of any other logo design service which does not explicitly provide a money-back guarantee: amongst online logo design services, “100% satisfaction guarantee” generally means the designer will keep working with you until you’re happy with your logo (or just tired of trying) but usually does not mean getting your money back. Logo Design Guru’s stated mission is to “to provide the highest level of service to our customers. We strive to maintain a professional and ethical work environment that fosters creativity, teamwork and communication.” Logo Design Guru boasts the most industry recognition for quality logo design of any company featured in our guide, with 18 American Graphic Design Awards for logo design over the past two years.
According to their website, Logo Design Guru’s designers are formally educated and trained in graphic design or the fine arts. The lower two packages include only one designer working on your logo concepts, and the higher packages include between two and three. You can trademark your final logo design.
The company’s satisfaction guarantee is available on the all packages except “The 99-er,” but to be eligible you must not have taken advantage of the “redraws” feature if it was available in your package (“redraw” refers to requesting a new set of concepts if you’re unhappy with your first set). Compared to the other services included in this guide, Logo Design Guru by far has the most restrictive satisfaction guarantee.
Other Services
In addition to logo design, the Executive through Superior Packages also include Stationery Design (letterhead, envelope, and business card). The Elite, Guru, and Superior packages add 500 free printed business cards. The Guru and Superior packages include a four-page website design, and the Superior package includes an 8.5”x11” brochure.

Caveat- i'm an owner. So, i admit, i'm REALLY Biased. Couple things- 1) we updated our packages, so you get more concepts and more "goodies" with our packages then mentioned above.
Also, regarding refunds. We DO provide refunds. 1) if we dont do any design, we will give 100% of money back. 2) If we dont follow directions, we will give money back. 3) If we do design, and we feel like we did what was asked, we may keep $99 for initial design + a fee for each revision.
